Real estate brokerages lose significant revenue from slow lead response times and inconsistent follow-up. Hiring more agents to handle lead volume is costly and unscalable. SwiftLeads needed an enterprise-grade AI that could handle lead qualification calls naturally, instantly, and at scale — without sounding robotic.
How we built it
We built SwiftLeads AI's voice pipeline end to end: real-time speech-to-text, a specialized real estate conversation model, text-to-speech with natural prosody, CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot), appointment scheduling, and an analytics dashboard for brokerage managers. The system was deployed with a service worker architecture for offline resilience and sub-second response latency.
