What problem needed solving
Businesses and agencies were juggling multiple disconnected tools for phone, chat, email, and CRM — losing context between channels and wasting time on manual data entry. Centerfy needed a cohesive, AI-first platform that could unify all customer communication channels and automate the workflows that slow teams down.
How we built it
We built Centerfy's complete platform: an AI voice engine for inbound/outbound calls, multi-channel chat (web, SMS, WhatsApp), a full CRM with contact management and pipeline views, AI-driven conversation summaries, workflow automation, and a white-label system for agency resellers. The platform was architected on a multi-tenant SaaS foundation with role-based access control.
